libatk-adaptor-data software package provides AT-SPI 2 toolkit bridge - transitional dummy package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatk-adaptor-data
libatk-adaptor-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatk-adaptor-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatk-adaptor-data *
You will get with libatk-adaptor-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
